Educating the Community on the Issue of Invading Goldfish
 

Our work follows two simple goals: to educate the Spokane community about the issue of invasive goldfish, and to remove goldfish from local ponds. To educate the community, we create resources on proper fish care practices and the impact of goldfish dumping, as well as presenting in classrooms.

To remove goldfish from ponds we organize events to catch them, and we set traps. We collaborate with the Parks Department to ensure this is done safely, without harming the ponds in any way.
